Exercises, everybody doesn't want to do but has to do.

Exercise is an essential component of healthy lifestyle and it's especially important for seniors . Regular physical activity can help to improve overall health and well being, reduce the risk of chronic diseases and promote independent living . but everybody doesn't want to do this but we have to do during our life time . 

1. Start slowly: If you haven't been active in a while , it's important to start slowly . Begin with low impact activities , such as walking or gentle stretching . As you become more comfortable and confident , you can gradually increase the intensity and duration of your workouts. 

2. Find activity your enjoy:The key to sticking with an exercise program is to find activities that you enjoy. This could be anything from swimming to dancing , cycling to gardening . The more you enjoy the activity ,the more likely you are to stick with it .

3. Incorporate strength training: Our muscle mass and bone density decline . this can lead to a loss of strength , balance and mobility . To combat this , it's important to incorporate strength training exercises into your workout routine . this can include weightlifting , resistance band exercises or body-weight exercises such as squats , push-ups and lunges. 

4. Focus on balance: Our balance can decline , increasing the risk of falls . It's important to incorporate balance exercises into your workout routine such as standing on one foot or walking heel to toe . Tai chi and Yoga are also great activity to improve balance . 

5. Make it social : Exercise can be more fun when done with others. Consider joining a class or working out with a friends . This can help to make exercise more enjoyable and it can also provide a built in support systems. 

6. Listen to your body: Your body may not be able to tolerate the same level of activity as it once did . It's important to listen to your body and not push yourself too hard. If you experience pain or discomfort , stop the activity and rest now . 

7. Stay hydrated: Exercise can cause you to lost fluids through sweating. So it is important to stay hydrated before , during and after the workout . Please bring your personal temblor . 

8. Be consistent : Regular exercise is important for maintaining good health and well being so try to make it a consistent part of your life routine as a meal . 

9. Check with your doctor : before staring any exercise program , it's important to check with your doctor , especially if you have any chronic health conditions . your doctor can help you develop an exercise plan that is safe and appropriate for your individual needs.

 10. Wear appropriate clothing and footwear: Wearing comfortable and appropriate clothing and footwear for the type of exercise you will be doing can help prevent injuries
