 1. Eliminate toxins and there will be no disease:If not digested, it  becomes toxinized. our bodies may become less efficient at absorbing nutrients.  so it's important to make sure we're getting enough of essential vitamins and minerals through a balanced diet. This can include a variety of fruits and vegetables with whole gains.

2. Hydration: our sense of thirsty may decrease so it's important to make sure we're staying hydrated. Drinking plenty of water throughout the day can help prevent dehydration and maintain healthy digestion.

4. Eat according to your body cycle

1st Cycle  (exhaustion  AM 4:00~ Noon) Digestion occurs more than any other activity. A fruit diet is recommended to minimize digestion. Coffee and nutritional supplements are not taken at this time.

2nd cycle (Eating  noon ~ PM 8:00) Eat according to the principles of proper food mixing

3rd cycle (Assimilation PM 8:00~AM 4:00) It is a cycle of absorbing and moving nutrients, so you need to get out of the stomach as much as possible before going to bed. Taking a break before midnight is also very important.
