Retirement is a natural part of life

Stress has been a part of human life since the beginning of time. In prehistoric times, stress was often related to survival. When faced with danger, humans had to choose between two options: to fight or to flee. These stress responses were crucial for survival in a hostile environment. However, the stressors that we face today are vastly different from those of our ancestors. In today's world, stress is often related to work, finances, relationships, and other factors that do not pose a threat to our physical survival. Similarly, being fired from a job can be a significant blow to one's sense of self-worth and can cause financial difficulties. In both cases, stress can be overwhelming and lea...

My retirement

Here is my ideal retirement . I hope my Retirement is often seen as a time to step away from the hustle and bustle of the capital and labor markets, and instead focus on personal growth, community, and handing down wisdom and knowledge to future generations. This can mean embracing a lifestyle of solitude and introspection, while also building deeper connections with those around us. One way to achieve this is by retiring away from the capital and labor markets and instead focusing on solidarity and community building. This can mean moving to a rural area, where one can be closer to nature and disconnect from the fast-paced and stressful city life. It also offers the opportunity to be more involved in the community, and to find ways to give back and contribute to the local area. Another aspect of my retirement is the opportunity to focus on personal growth and introspection. This can include practices such as meditation, yoga, and journaling, which can help seniors to understand t...
